With a growing lineup of diverse roles, she continues to emerge as one of the most promising talents in South Indian cinema. Known for her disciplined lifestyle, she often shares insights into her fitness routine and wellness philosophy.
1. Staying Consistent With Fitness
I’ve had phases when I was highly dedicated to fitness and phases when I didn’t work out for over 6 months. Recently, I realised my mental health, consistency, and discipline all improve when I move my body. Even five push-ups are better than doing nothing. It doesn’t have to be about reps just movement. I do Pilates, gymnastics, kickboxing, boxing, and MMA, including Muay Thai and jiu-jitsu. I also make sure to get in 30 minutes of cardio and core work. This has been my routine lately.
2. Your Top Five Fitness Rules
These are what work for me:
- Hydration: essential. Water helps your body function and flush out anything that doesn’t suit you.
- Waking up early: I’m an early riser and love morning workouts; by noon, I feel accomplished and energised.
- Matcha over coffee: coffee overstimulates me, but matcha gives me steady energy.
- Two kiwis every morning: my dose of vitamin C.
- Pescatarian, balanced meals: one fish meal a day, lots of salad and fibre, and a hearty breakfast with eggs, carbs, and sourdough.
3. “You Are What You Eat” — Your Diet Philosophy
I’ve learned this through experience: I feel the difference when I eat clean, balanced meals. I’m more energetic and motivated. Of course, Delhi food is irresistible parathas, butter chicken and cheat days are needed for mental happiness. But even for comfort food, I prefer homemade over restaurant food. I’ve become more conscious of what I eat and try to keep it clean and nourishing.
4. Fitness Challenges & Overcoming Them
My biggest challenge is inertia. When I’m regular, I enjoy working out and push myself hard but if I get lazy, I completely stop. So I make sure to move my body in some way every day. It doesn’t have to be a six-day routine or a 10K run. Even a slight movement keeps me disciplined.
5. Diet & Foods You Swear By
I’m very easygoing with my diet. I love ghar ka khana and enjoy going out with friends occasionally. I never restrict myself if I crave something, I’d rather eat it and work out better the next day instead of feeling guilty for a week. For me, it’s not a “diet” anymore it’s a lifestyle. I don’t aim for a specific weight; I strive to be strong. I want endurance, strength, the ability to do a cartwheel or backflip, and to stay injury-free. That’s my goal now.

6. What Inspires Your Fitness Journey?
My biggest motivation is imagining myself 10–15 years from now — still strong, fit, and able to use my body to its fullest. Anyone who stays disciplined inspires me. It could be my driver going for a walk after a long workday or my mom completing her 10K steps. Consistency in any form motivates me.
7. Does Public Pressure Affect You?
Yes, it does. I had a rough year because I wasn’t taking care of myself and became lazy and my profession doesn’t allow that. My mental health doesn’t allow that either. I don’t feel good when I’m not taking care of myself.
This year taught me how much natural dopamine we get from workouts, sunlight, or even eating a good fruit. I’m now focused on being my best version not the version with abs, but the version that feels strong and healthy.
8. Protecting Your Mental Well-Being
I mix up my workouts, so I never feel stagnant. Earlier, I stuck to strict routines, but I realised I get bored easily. Now I do everything Pilates for posture and flexibility, kickboxing/boxing for strength, HIIT for cardio, gymnastics for fun, and yoga for balance.
The variety keeps me mentally fresh and physically challenged.
9. The Fittest Stars in Bollywood?
Tiger Shroff, definitely. And Hrithik Roshan considering his back injuries and age, the way he has rebuilt his fitness is incredible. Samantha is also excellent; she takes her fitness and health very seriously. Honestly, anyone who prioritises their health inspires me.
10. Fitness Resolution for 2026
I want to learn how to swim correctly. I can do laps, but I’m scared of the ocean. I want to improve my swimming and make it a regular part of my fitness routine in 2026.
