India becomes the first team to beat Australia in Brisbane in 32 years.
Cricket lovers went berserk as India beat Australia by 3 wickets in the fourth and final Test Series at the Gabba in Brisbane to win the four- match series 2-1 and lift the Border-Gavaskar trophy for the second time in a row.
Although some of the big names in cricket like Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli were either missing or injured the youngsters with their spirit, confidence and never-give-up attitude gave Indian’s a winning moment to cherish for a lifetime. The new players- Siraj, Thakur, Sundar and Rishabh Pant grabbed the opportunity and showcased their potential with the bat and the ball, and now India is returning home with two fast bowlers, capable batsmen, young spinners- all-rounders with the ability to perform under pressure. His outstanding performance in the Test series answered all the criticism and questions that were raised about his ability.
