Sarah Sarosh’s foundation lies in her training in Occupational Therapy at KEM, Mumbai, a discipline that shaped her understanding of behaviour, confidence, and well-being far beyond textbooks. “It trained me to look at self-image and lifestyle as more than surface-level experiences,” she explains. That holistic lens continues to influence how she creates and builds today.
Raised in a middle-class household, she learned early that stability comes from discipline, not shortcuts. There was no predefined creative roadmap or safety net, which meant resilience and independence were cultivated organically. Her personal struggles with acne and self-image also played a defining role. “It made me more observant of how deeply appearance is tied to confidence and belonging,” she says. That sensitivity now informs her approach to beauty, representation, and storytelling.
Where Storytelling Meets Building
Sarah describes her work as a blend of storytelling and entrepreneurship.
“Content and business may look separate from the outside, but for me they stem from the same instinct, the desire to create something meaningful.”
Her content journey began while she was still a student, documenting beauty, health, and self-image through lived experience. Entrepreneurship followed with the launch of Impulse Coffees, born from identifying a gap in how instant coffee was positioned in India. “It was widely consumed but rarely treated with care or storytelling,” she notes. Building Impulse introduced her to sourcing, product development, packaging, and customer experience, expanding her role from creator to founder. “Storytelling helps me understand people. Building helps me translate that understanding into something tangible.”

Real, Not Remote
“At its core, my work is about documenting life as it unfolds,” she says.
Rather than presenting polished perfection, Sarah has consistently allowed her audience to witness transitions, uncertainties, and growth in real time. “It feels less like performance and more like continuity.” She is most commonly associated with authenticity and consistency, showing up steadily over the years and allowing evolution to be visible rather than curated into a final highlight reel.
Built Through Patience
What began as a personal outlet during her student years gradually evolved into a defined direction. Balancing academics with filming and editing demanded discipline, especially in the absence of immediate validation.
“The early phase reinforced the importance of consistency,”
Recognising a gap in honest, relatable Indian beauty content, content that reflected real skin and everyday routines, clarified her path. What started accidentally became intentional.
From Content to Impact
A major shift occurred when growth brought responsibility. “The work began to move beyond content and into impact,” she says.
Launching Impulse Coffees marked another defining chapter, challenging her to think operationally and strategically. Today, her focus is on building with depthscaling Impulse into a global, Indian-born beverage brand while continuing to evolve as a storyteller. “The direction feels less about speed and more about intention,” she explains.
Honesty Above All
Honesty anchors every decision she makes, from brand associations to business building. “Without it, the work loses meaning.” Consistency builds credibility, while responsibility ensures that influence is exercised thoughtfully. For Sarah, long-term trust outweighs short-term gains.
Alignment Over Applause
“Beginning without certainty is not a disadvantage,” she says. Growth, in her view, is built through repetition and quiet progress.
She wishes she had known earlier that confidence is built through action, not before it. Today, success is defined by alignment: the ability to build sustainably, make decisions with clarity, and create work that feels steady and authentic.
For Sarah Sarosh, success is not just visibility; it is balance, intention, and the freedom to evolve on her own terms.
